I think what you posted made a lot of sense. But, consider this, what if you were to create a killer headline? I ain't suggesting your information is not solid., but what if you added a title that makes people want more? I mean Start new topic is kinda plain. You might glance at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news titles to grab people to click. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to grab readers excited about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little livelier.
